On November 25, 2025, a joint venture consisting of China Energy Engineering Corporation International, East China Institute, and Hunan Thermal Power, in collaboration with Masdar OQ、 International energy companies such as Central Korea Power Generation have jointly signed the EPC contract for the Oman Iburi Phase III 700MW photovoltaic+150MWh energy storage power station project. Kiribati 13 billion energy storage project
